Refund & Exchange Policy – MODRA by Kiasha

At MODRA by Kiasha, we take great care in delivering high-quality jewellery crafted with precision and attention to detail. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged product, we are here to assist you.

1. Eligibility for Refund
• Refunds are only applicable if the product is received in a damaged condition.
• The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• A clear unboxing video (starting from sealed package opening to product inspection) is mandatory as proof.

2. Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are allowed only in case of damaged products.
• Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• A clear unboxing video is mandatory for exchange requests as proof of damage.
• Subject to product availability, the damaged item will be replaced with the same product or a similar item of equal value.

3. Non-Returnable Items
• Products that are not damaged.
• Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
• Products that show signs of use, wear, or tampering.
• Requests raised after 7 days of delivery.

4. Refund Process
• Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (bank details must be provided by the customer).

5. Return Shipping
• In case of approved damage claims, MODRA will arrange reverse pickup or provide return instructions.
• Customers must ensure the product is securely packed to avoid further damage during return transit.

6. Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

7. Important Notes
• Slight variations in color or design due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects.
• Handmade or artisanal jewellery may have minor irregularities, which are part of its unique character and not defects.
